Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (DPT or MPT).
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• New graduates encouraged to apply with strong clinical skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Educate residents and families on home exercises.
