Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a current Georgia PT license, has experience in skilled nursing, and excels in communication and collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• GA licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services including evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with patients and care team.
