Qualifications

New Jersey Physical Therapist license is required.
New grads and experienced therapists are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT a plus).

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose patients while developing individualized rehab goals.
Deliver evidence-based care across outpatient orthopedic and rehab populations.
Maintain communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, OTs and other providers for quality care.
Complete notes thoroughly and promptly to support collaborative care across disciplines.
Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.
