Job summary
Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Winchester, MA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Compensation ranges from $42–$58 per hour with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled PT interventions to improve mobility and independence.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Professional license in Massachusetts (PT).
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with residents of varying diagnoses and needs.
Responsibilities
- Consult with residents to understand rehabilitation goals and needs.
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and interpret findings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
- Create personalized programs to maximize independence and function.
- Provide skilled PT treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and ROM.
- Administer prescribed therapies per plan of care.
- Monitor responses and adjust treatments as needed.
- Communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team.
