The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers individualized treatment programs to relieve pain, restore function, and promote wellness. Opportunities span outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings with competitive sign-on and relocation

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active SC Physical Therapy license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, developmental, and functional impairments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as appropriate.
• Participate in professional development, clinical education, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe, clean, and effective treatment environment for patients and team members.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

South Carolina Physical Therapy License

BLS/CPR certification
