Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas in Troy, NC seeks a full-time physical therapist to join a 25-bed critical access hospital. You will manage a diverse caseload across ED, acute, and short-term skilled therapy, with swing-bed rehab and occasional outpatient PT.

Join an experienced healthcare team, coordinate treatment with OT, SLP, nursing and hospitalist staff, participate in rounds and care-plan meetings, and pursue continuing education and a clinical ladder.

Qualifications

• NC PT license and eligible for licensure in North Carolina.
• Broad base of clinical skills.
• Self-directed with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Full-time physical therapy, rehab on swing bed unit with occasional outpatient PT.
• Coordinate treatment with OT, SLP, Nursing and Hospitalist staff; participate in rounds and care-plan meetings.
