Select Physical Therapy in Logansport, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will treat a diverse caseload including post-operative, vestibular and concussion rehab, pelvic health and more, with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Outpatient clinical experience for new grads or within last 5 years for seasoned clinicians.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Maintain documentation and communication with patients, families, and payors.
• Attend center meetings and follow supervision/mentorship protocols.
