Qualifications

• Must hold a current physical therapist license in Indiana.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

• Document treatment plans and progress, maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists, mentor new graduates.
