Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive therapy to inpatients and outpatients at Cheshire Medical Center. You will assess and re-assess patients, covering pediatric to adult populations, and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes. A NH PT license and BLS are required, with sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Full-time, typically Monday–Friday, with benefits and a total compensation package. 1 year of experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NH Physical Therapy license and BLS required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and provide therapy services to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician.
• Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development across pediatric to adult patients.
• Coordinate and communicate activities with the health care team and the patient.
• Provide patient-related documentation, including quality assessment.
