Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and mobility within our in-facility rehab programs. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a PT-related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Qualifying PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with team and make referrals to ensure optimal care.
