Job summary

Genesis HealthCare's Powerback Rehabilitation division seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to restore mobility and independence for patients in our in-facility settings. You will assess needs, design recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy across modalities.

You will collaborate with the rehab team under the Director of Rehab, participate in the mentorship program and grow professionally through CEUs and ongoing training, with strong support for new grads and visa sponsorship as

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• They will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• They will work in facility settings and provide in-person therapy to patients.
• They report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with the rehab team.
