Job summary

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy in San Ramon is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule (30–40 hours/week) and a competitive salary range with a $7,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing incentives.

You will develop individualized care plans, collaborate with peers, use a contemporary EMR, and help advance our residency and continuing education programs while supporting patient outcomes and community health.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the APTA.
• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care.
• Grow relationships with staff and the community you support.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection.
• Comply with federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations.
