Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates needs/outcomes.
• Designs and implements a plan of care.
• Documents evaluations, goals, and plans; maintain signatures.
• Directs support staff to achieve patient goals.
• Communicates with other professionals to improve outcomes.
• Adheres to policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Keeps up to date with professional literature.
