Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Greensboro is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our inpatient post-ICU care team in Greensboro, NC. This full-time role offers an hourly compensation of $35.00 to $54.00 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive orientation program.

You will conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise PT/PTA students, participate in discharge planning, and document care per department policies.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in the United States.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in care.
• Teach and counsel patients/families.
• Set goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PTAs and PT/PTA students.
• Document therapy sessions per department policies.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
