Description


Develops, coordinates and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners and patient/family. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients and HHC clients and long term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

This posting is for multiple openings of a Physical Therapist at Providence Seward Medical Center, Seward, AK. We offer several openings for various FTEs and shifts. We are hiring for the following positions in the Physical Therapy Department:



  • Physical Therapist - Full-Time (1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week) - $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires, and Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Or

  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Or

  • Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.

  • Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
