Inner Circle Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our practice focused on manual therapies that restore mobility and independence. We serve patients with a hands-on approach and emphasize continuous learning in a collaborative environment.

The clinician will perform PT evaluations, develop treatment plans with goals, document progress, and work with a small team to maintain a safe, effective care setting. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• MPT or DPT degree required; new graduates welcome.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required.
• Ability to work with patients aged 10 years and up.
• Ability to treat 2–3 patients per hour.
• Flexible schedule: 4 days and 3 evenings; no weekends; off Friday at 2.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations per APTA standards and state rules.
• Develop a plan of treatment with short and long-term goals, collaborating with staff and involve patients and caregivers.
• Document patient progress according to medical and facility procedures.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function; set achievable goals for each patient.
• Develop the plan for patients after completion of treatment.
• Support staff to maintain a safe, clean, effective environment.

Inner Circle Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release Center focuses on each patient as an individual. We use a hands-on approach to healing centered on myofascial release and other manual therapies. These authentic treatments add the “missing link” to rehabilitative needs restoring flexibility and reducing the “straightjacket” of restrictions affecting the patients’ bodies. By drawing on decades of experience, Inner Circle has discovered the most effective treatments are not modalities such as ultrasound, lasers, or heat therapy, but rather the power of touch and a hands-on approach to healing.

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our practice and provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in our facility. We currently have 5 PTs on staff all of which have been with us for 12+ years due to our positive, progressive work environment. Inner Circle is a place where we are constantly learning and improving and would like to add somebody who is openminded, very interested in the manual aspect, very self-aware and willing to continuously learn. The ideal candidate is a compassionate healer who is passionate about their patient’s wellness and committed to help them find their mobility and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice as well as state standards
• Develop a plan of treatment for each patient based on initial and ongoing evaluations including short and long-term goals, collaborating with other staff members, and required patient and caregiver involvement
• Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility documentation procedures
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable
• Keep track of patient progress, and report progress to patient, caregivers and loved ones, as well as facility staff and healthcare providers as neededDevelop a plan for patients following completion of their plan of treatment
• Assist staff members to provide a safe, clean, effective environment

Requirements:

• MPT, or DPT degree required. New graduates are welcome, but must have interest in manual course work, or willingness to learn and practice in MFR (Myofascial Release) as well as other manual techniques
• Current or acquiring Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license for state of operation
• Ability to work with patients aged 10 years and up
• Ability to work with 2-3 patients per hour
• Can commit to a flexible work schedule of 4 days and 3 evenings (no weekends and off Friday at 2)
