Job summary

Theracare Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to support school-based rehabilitation services for Jay School Corp.

The role provides 2–3 days per week, 6 to 7 hour days, with a focus on collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized PT plans and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/advanced degree in Physical Therapy and current PT license.
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board.
• Prefer minimum one year experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prefer experience with IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services in Jay School Corp.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams to implement PT plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Perfer experience with IEPs

Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
