Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver school-based PT across Illinois campuses. Roles are flexible full-time or part-time with travel to nearby schools, collaborating with teachers and families to support students.

You will evaluate, treat, and document progress for students from elementary to transition programs, train staff on mobility equipment, and adapt to varying start times around 7:30–8:30 am. Contract through June 2027 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) required.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students from elementary through transition programs.

• Maintain timely documentation including daily notes and progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT)

• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Comfortable working autonomously and traveling between nearby school campuses
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
• Ability to adapt to varying school hours, with start times between 7:308:30 am

Key Responsibilities:
