Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a part-time, school-based role in Washington. You will support students’ growth and mobility, evaluating needs and delivering individualized therapy on a 7.5-hour weekly schedule, on-site with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include planning and executing treatment plans, coordinating with teachers and families, and tracking outcomes to maximize educational progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience providing PT services in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.
• Proactive, creative, and compassionate approach to student care.

This contract opportunity is designed for a skilled Physical Therapist who is passionate about working with children and youth to help them reach their fullest potential during the 2026-2027 school year. Serving a caseload of 35-40 students, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing their educational experience and physical development.

This part-time position offers 7.5 hours each week, providing a consistent yet flexible schedule to support your work-life balance. As an integral member of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll use your expertise to assess, plan, and implement therapy sessions that promote physical strengths and functional independence. All responsibilities are carried out on‑site with no remote or hybrid work options, ensuring hands‑on support and engagement with students and staff.
