Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support students across Fayetteville area schools. You will join a collaborative PT/PTA team, delivering individualized and group PT services for a diverse caseload of students in multiple schools with flexible scheduling.

The role involves travel between nearby schools, with mileage reimbursement, and close collaboration with educators, families, and related services.

Competenze

• Active Physical Therapist license is required.
• Experience in school-based and pediatric settings preferred.
• TPBA training valued but not required.
• Must be fingerprinted to work with Pre-K students.

Embark on an impactful contract opportunity supporting students success as a Physical Therapist serving multiple schools in the Fayetteville area. Youll play a vital role within a collaborative PT/PTA team, providing high-quality therapy for a diverse caseload of about 50 students across various grade levels. Offering flexibility and meaningful work, this position is ideal for professionals with school-based experienceespecially those who are innovative, adaptable, and eager to make a difference.

Key Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• School-based and pediatric experience preferred
• Early intervention skills and TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) training highly valued, but not required
• Must be fingerprinted to work with Pre-K students
• Ability to travel between multiple nearby schools (mileage reimbursed)
• Commitment to fostering student independence and development

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group PT services per IEPs
• Complete evaluations and documentation, including Pre-K assessments if qualified
• Collaborate with special education teams, PTAs, teachers, and families
• Travel between schools within close proximity; adapt to varied settings and schedules
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-based therapy planning

Schedule & Contract Details

• Extended School Year (ESY): July 8 July 30, 2026 (Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-12:30pm)
• Full-Time: August 13, 2026 May 28, 2027 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm, 35 hours/week)
• Caseload managed collaboratively with the PT/PTA team
