Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential physical therapy services to K-12 students. Your expertise will support growth, mobility, and student success across the school year, working in a dynamic academic environment close to Des Plaines, IL.

You will deliver physical therapy services two days per week (a total of 14 hours weekly) from August 20, 2026, through June 9, 2027. This role is ideal for licensed PT professionals seeking flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid physical therapy licensure in Illinois
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation for school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload across K-12th grade

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students as specified by their IEPs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop effective intervention plans aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other specialists to foster inclusive environments
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings as required, contributing to educational planning
• Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports for each student
