Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is partnering with a school district to recruit a Contract School Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in Wilmington, DE. This full-time, on-site role offers 35 hours per week with a local contract pay range of $49.43–$56.57 per hour, plus a $2,000 completion bonus and up to $3,000 in referral bonuses.

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Physical Therapist within the last 3 years.
• Valid School Physical Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Physical Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Physical Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
