Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a School Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in Wilmington, DE. The position is full-time, onsite, with a 35-hour workweek to support elementary students.

Qualified applicants will hold a valid PT credential/license (or be in process) and have at least 1 year of recent school-based PT experience. Sponsorship is not available, and benefits are included for local and travel contracts.

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract School Physical Therapist for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

• Weekly Pay Range: $49.43 – $56.57 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Physical Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Physical Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
