Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join AVIR OF GARLAND, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center in Garland, TX. You will deliver PT services to residents, focusing on cognition, mobility, balance and functional goals.

The role offers opportunities for ongoing training, career development, and advancement within our growing organization. TX license is required for this position.

Qualifications

• TX License required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab is a plus.
• Ability to develop programming for cognition, mobility, balance and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem physical therapy services to residents at AVIR OF GARLAND.
• Assess and treat orthopedic and neurological conditions; implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to ensure continuity of care.

a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team! We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, balance, sensory integration, and many more.
