As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll play a vital role in helping our patients recover and regain their independence. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals at our state-of-the-art facility in St. Alban's City, Vermont, USA.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Franklin County Rehab Center, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. You'll work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with access to the latest treatment technologies and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, including physical therapy interventions, modalities, and exercises
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
