Rose Villa in Bellflower, CA is a skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services. We provide a stable, fun in-house therapy team and excellent programs for our geriatric clients.

We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend availability at our rehab program.

Duties:

1. Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wounds, developing care plans adhering to standards.
2. Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and necessary treatment interventions for patients with physical disorders and wounds.
3. Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, supportive devices, and wound care.
4. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
5. Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license required.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome.
