Full Time Physical Therapist (PT)

Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation in Austin, TX is a skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services. We provide a stable, engaging in-house therapy team and excellent programs for our geriatric clients' recovery journey. We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our rehab program.

Duties:

1. Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical disorders and/or wounds, developing care plans that meet standards.
2. Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments in line with clinical requirements.
3. Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, supportive devices, and wound care.
4. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical health issues.
5. Prepare discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Hold a valid Physical Therapy license.
2. Open to all experience levels; new grads are welcome!
