Responsibilities

• Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment.
• Reviews physician's referral and patient records to determine treatment.
• Tests and measures patient strength and functional capacity; adjusts plans accordingly.
• Plans and prepares written treatment programs.
• Instructs and assists patient in activities and home programs.
• Coordinates with physician and care team to optimize care.
