Your role includes evaluating patients, delivering evidence‑based interventions, monitoring progress, educating families, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient‑centered

Qualifications

• LPT Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and refine therapy plans with timely documentation of outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient‑centered care.
• Lead by example, mentoring therapy assistants or students.
