Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Active PT licensure in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Assess and plan rehabilitation programs in collaboration with physicians and patients.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, plans, and treatment sessions per department protocols.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge instructions.
