Manhattanview Rehab Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to organize and conduct physical therapy programs for our residents, directing participation to restore and promote independence and productivity. The role emphasizes teamwork with the rehab staff and ensuring high-quality care.

The position offers Full Time/Part Time and Per Diem options with a competitive hourly rate. Per Diem rate shown is $60 per hour, with standard rate of $48 per hour.

Formación

• Graduate from accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for NJ licensure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates residents and develops treatment goals and plans.
• Designs and fits adaptive devices and trains residents.
• Selects appropriate physical modalities for patient needs.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to choose therapy regimens.
• Instructs residents in mobility skills and tracks progress.
• Adapts programs to individual resident needs.
• Maintains a safe environment and enforces safety rules.
• Attends care conferences and meetings.
• Supervises supportive personnel per standards.
• Orders supplies and maintains equipment.
• Ensures high quality service for residents and families.
