Job summary

Glendive Medical Center in Glendive, Montana is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. This full-time role offers weekday hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with starting wage of $40.52+ per hour, based on experience and internal equity.

You will evaluate patients across diagnoses and ages, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility and independence in a rural

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Montana PT license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferred: experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rural settings; diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and independence
• Monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Communicate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Support positive patient outcomes through compassionate, goal-oriented treatment
