LifePoint Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore function, mobility, and manage pain.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to deliver evidence-based, patient-focused care, conduct evaluations, educate patients and families, and contribute to community health initiatives.
