Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, identify movement dysfunctions, and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery, mobility, and independence. Position may be full-time, part-time, or per diem.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, patient education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive Kadima environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility).
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by reviewing medical history, referrals, and conducting physical assessments.
• Identify movement dysfunction through observation and clinical assessment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Utilize manual therapy and other interventions to reduce pain and improve function.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and home exercise programs.
