Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon in PA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy, promote mobility and independence, and join a comprehensive rehabilitation program.

You will conduct evaluations, develop personalized plans, deliver interventions, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License.
• 0+ years of experience in a physical therapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with a variety of medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.
• Implement and deliver physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
