Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans with the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safety practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
• Mentor therapy assistants while upholding HCA values.
