Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Signature Rehab team. You will work within our skilled nursing facility network to deliver rehabilitative care, help residents regain function, and support a timely return to daily activities.

Requirements include a graduated accredited PT program culminating in a BS degree and a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of service. Competitive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor’s of Science Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
