Signature HealthCARE is recruiting a Physical Therapist for Signature Rehab. You will deliver rehabilitative therapy within an integrated care model to help residents regain function and return to daily activities.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid state license, with opportunities to work in a supportive clinical team across Signature HealthCARE facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents and patients to promote recovery and timely return to activities they enjoy.
