Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Education program.
• Licensure required in every US state/territory.
• BLS certification required for department/protocols.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates patient condition and develops/PT plans in collaboration with treatment team.
• Delivers physical therapy interventions and monitors patient progress.
• Documents assessments, treatment plans and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
