Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current state license as Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• One year of hospital/long-term care/home/outpatient PT experience preferred.

• Performs physical therapy evaluations, develops plans, and carries out treatments to restore function and relieve pain.
• Delivers care in accordance with the Plan of Care and APTA standards.
