Job summary

The Physical Therapist at Lincoln Hospital, part of MaineHealth, evaluates patients and develops tailored treatment plans. Requirements include graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program, current licensure, and BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current state license as Physical Therapist; BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days; driver’s license for Home Care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Carry out treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Provide care in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association standards.
