Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited program or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans and implements a goal oriented Physical Therapy treatment program that focuses on restoring function and preventing further disability.
• Reviews progress and adjusts treatment plan to maximize outcomes and minimize complications.
