Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Rocklin, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include documentation, leadership in care delivery, and adherence to state regulations and safety standards. A licensed PT with CPR certification is required, along with the ability to manage caseloads and lift 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
