Responsibilities include documenting progress and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Must hold current state licensure and CPR certification and be able to lift 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients as medically necessary.
• Maintain timely documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
