Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with a valid state license.
• Ability to supervise therapists and students.
• Familiarity with Medicare and reimbursement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients based on physician referrals and orders.
• Develop and implement functional treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Record clinical documentation per regulatory guidelines.
• Instruct families and staff on restorative/home programs.
• Contribute to discharge planning and care conferences.
• Collaborate with the Rehab department and other teams.
