Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited program or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk and move continuously.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl.
• Climbing or balancing in physical tasks.
• Dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to push, pull, lift heavy objects (20 lbs+).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).
• Licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment per plan and maintain safety.
• Complete progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Perform DME assessments and fitting.
• Engage in discharge planning and family education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
