Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from accredited PT school.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• New graduates and out-of-state licensed therapists must obtain MA license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers therapy evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Analyzes data and assesses current functional ability; consults with physician as needed.
• Provides individualized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises and ROM.
• Educates patient and family; participates in discharge planning and documentation.
• completes therapy billing and maintains department statistics.
