• Graduate from an accredited program meeting licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and executes treatment plans as outlined by plan of care.
• Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self-professional advancement.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care, therapy program services, and interdisciplinary teams.
