Physical Therapist (Rehab-Ball Memorial Full-time)

Overview

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a 300-bed, Level 3 Trauma Care Hospital. The rehab department has a dedicated team of professionals, including experienced veterans willing to mentor and newer therapists bringing fresh ideas. There is a strong collaboration within and across disciplines. The team receives high respect from providers and hospital staff who refer various patient types, including orthopedic, neurologic, oncology, and ICU patients. The inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Unit is also staffed by our team.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
• If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Additional advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.
