Job description

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
